I think I liked how fast it came the best. The quality of the base is excellent.
My order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The quality of the molding I received was very high and will not require any touch up sanding to be ready to use. I have ordered similar molding before from a different source, but Osborne's is superior.

Received items as described. The shipping was delayed 1 day due to bad weather. The only complaint I have is the turned feet weren't sanded very well . Alot of cross grain scratches. Maybe take it to a finer grit on the lathe.

Service was great! I had ordered 4 four inch furniture legs months ago for a table I am building and as I finally approached the end of this project, realized that the table would be more stable with a fifth leg. Ordered the leg and within a few days it arrived.

Asvthe owner of a furniture restoration company, i have to say that "Theres not a better company to deal with. Customer service is the best. They help from start ( picking the correct product) to finish ( always a follow up call after delivery. Product is always flawless. I wouldnt dream of using anyone else for table slides or other wood products.
