With that being said, the pricing was excellent and the customer service was above excellent! I have never had a company call me to make sure I received my order and it was in good condition. It was a good match to what we needed. The house we are renovating is over 100 years old and there are very specific wood details that no one else had. The shipping and quality I received was excellent.
Staff is friendly and helpful when ordering. I ordered bamboo style sticks to use as a frame. Product came quickly and quality is great. Cant wait to finish my project!

April 9, 2026I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.
