March 9, 2026I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

The site was simple to navigate with clear product descriptions. My order was delivered a day earlier than expected. A company representative even reached out after delivery to make sure I was satisfied with the product. It was a great experience from Osborne and will definitely buy again the next time I need product.
March 1, 2026I first ordered a sample piece of a light rail molding which was a simple process. My only negative comment would be that at only 2 5/8 long, it was much smaller than expected, especially for the $*** shipping fee. I did make a purchase based off of it, as it fit my overall size requirements. I was a bit hesitant, hoping I would love the look with my cabinet style when it arrived. In the end I was very pleased with the molding, as well as the fast 2 day delivery.

Everything was great and the people were very helpful and friendly. I only ordered a sample and that went well as well. My only issue is the cost of shipping for a full length piece of about 4 feet in which I dont need a full length, it could even be broken in two which is considered custom. Other than that all was well. I know rules are rules and I respect that.

We are in 3 1/2 months in a complete redo of our kitchen along with changing out all our windows. We are near the final touches to complete the new kitchen. I have been looking for a specific trim board. Ours on trying to find the one piece we needed.
After a few hours I found Osborne. They were very cordial, could make the trim board and I picked it up the next day. We installed the piece last Sunday and awaiting the painters to finish the small areas needed painted and then the party will start! Thank you Osborne.
Liked the light rails a lot. Ill need some more stock and a longer piece.
Only drawback is the shipping cost but Ill place an order for what I need shortly.
