It was a good match to what we needed. The house we are renovating is over 100 years old and there are very specific wood details that no one else had. Good product. Fast delivery. A little issue with packaging but you guys were concerned and responsive. A bit more robust packaging might be warranted.

Exceptional quality product, instructions on installation, and final function. Table no longer shakes and is super cool when we extend the leaves and see the new mechanism inside. However, without being prompted Osbornes customer service department reached out to make sure I was totally satisfied with my order. I explained my disappointment and they rectified it immediately. Highly impressed and very appreciative of their customer service level. I thought these times had ended. Glad to see some companies still know how to deliver service!
