The customer service was great. I was able to get my questions answered through the live chat on the site. The information really helped with my decision on what type of wood to order for my table. I was delighted by the fact that they followed up with a phone call after the table was delivered to see if I had any questions or concerns. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable.

January 17, 2026I was lucky enough to catch the April legs sale. Outside of this,, I called in with a couple questions and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shipping was what they said it would be- FAST! Quantity is outstanding. Would recommend to anyone .
April 23, 2026Inlays are too thin to work with. But too expensive to not use. I do not know if I will be using you again.. using a card scraper does not always work. Not much room for error. Hope you understand. Thanks.
January 1, 2026Inlays arrived quickly and well packaged, will order again. One criticism, advertised width was 7/32. I found that size too narrow. 1/4 was perfect.
June 19, 2025Replacing our kitchen island legs as we start to remodel. The 4 inch legs were excellent, well manufactured and give a more solid look over the previous 3 inch legs. Wall crafted, quickly delivered, and couldnt be happier.!
May 1, 2026I ordered some inlay strips. The selection was sufficient but there were other websites that had more options. With that being said, the pricing was excellent and the customer service was above excellent! I have never had a company call me to make sure I received my order and it was in good condition. Keep up the excellent work!!

Nice selection of products and excellent quality. Promo codes are made available, but I have yet to find one that will work with my order. I wish they would offer you one at checkout if your order has met the qualifications for the rebate.
December 25, 2025I'm very pleased with the inlay. Very nice quality. I like that they enclosed a catalog with my order. You don't get that kind of service anymore. The only thing that could be better would be the packaging. It came with some of the tape off. Kind of opened. Having said that, I"m very happy with my purchase. I will order again, for sure.
November 6, 2025Ordering was simple, details were relevant, shipping was on time, and I got a follow up call to make sure we got our island legs. The quality of the white oak round legs we ordered is phenomenal!! Such a beautiful well made product.
