The service I got was one on one with a person who knew and answered every question I asked.
The shipping and quality I received was excellent.
I guess I ordered wrong. Misunderstood what notched was. Didnt realize it was the entire length of the legs. My fault. We will try to use them since we cant exchange. Been ordering from Osborne for our theatre productions for years. Designers call out specific parts and we order them. Great service.

Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.

May 6, 2026I had an excellent experience working with this company. As a cabinet shop owner, I found their 2D and 3D CAD drawings incredibly helpful. They seamlessly imported into Cabinet Vision, allowing me to present detailed 3D renderings to my clients, which made my job a lot easier. The checkout process was smooth, shipping was prompt, and I really appreciated the follow-up call to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a fantastic experience. 10/10, highly recommend!

My order arrived promptly and was very well packaged. The quality of the molding I received was very high and will not require any touch up sanding to be ready to use. I have ordered similar molding before from a different source, but Osborne's is superior.
