Ordered 2 legs (part # 1390H) and 4 finials, one leg had a delamination split, not a big deal, had to fill and sand before staining. Overall, I was very happy with the products and would order again. I took a picture if anyone wants to see it. Thanks for your time, ***

The peninsula leg I ordered was sent out immediately in substantial packaging and delivered within a couple of days. The leg itself is perfectly turned and sanded, ready for painting. Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.
This was my third order of table legs from Osborn. Similar to my two previous orders, the ordering process was smooth with no issues. The table legs arrived in exceptional condition thanks to excellent packing. They look great. I was contacted by customer service to ensure my package arrived and was in excellent condition. Thanks for the follow up.

Wonderful product - furniture feet. Will highly recommend to anyone. The feet are beautifully carved and identical - lovely. The order was fulfilled very quickly - how nice! I have used your products for over 20 years. Never have i gotten a defective piece, never. Your staff is great, I missed a discount and they caught it and applied that! Who does that? nobody!
