I needed some furniture feet and Osborne had just what I needed.
Ordering was fast and easy.
Packaging and shipping were quick, great job protecting the product.
I would definitely recommend Osborne Wood Products to anyone.
I had an issue with the product delivered and the customer support team was fabulous in helping to identify the issue and resolve it.

I called the customer service number with a question and got a prompt answer. Shipping was fast and the quality of the product was excellent. I'll definitely use Osbourne Wood Products for future projects.

February 26, 2026Packing could use a little improvement - putting hardware in with the table guides caused one end of the box to break open - losing half the hardware if ordered, needing replacement and causing delays

This day in time, customer service and quality is near non existent.
I have dealt with Osborne for many years under different companies.
So, with that being said, as my wife and I are building our retirement home, I knew where I would buy our bar and island legs.
As always, terrific customer service,easy ordering and the best product on the market.
This has always been the way they have done business.
My hats off to them. And I personally thank them for staying true to the industry..
Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.
Excellent customer service and experience. I had an issue with a discount code so I emailed. The response said the code had been fixed so I placed the order at 1:00pm. My order arrived at 9:00am the next day. Insanely quick. I would absolutely recommend and will purchase from again. Thank you.
April 15, 2026So easy to work with. They responded to my questions quickly and since I had a special order, they provided a drawing for me to approve. From beginning to end, it took only about a week to get my legs and they were exactly as pictured. Im very pleased and Im looking forward to attaching them to my table.

It was a good match to what we needed. The house we are renovating is over 100 years old and there are very specific wood details that no one else had. However, we were so lucky to find it on this site. Thank you
