I continue to be pleased with Osborne's table products. The table legs from Osborne from my recent order were of high quality materials and workmanship was excellent. When the box arrived I was initially concerned due to the simple cardboard box that fit around the wood without bubble wrap or some other protective layer. There was no evidence of damage to the cardboard and the legs were fine. Just makes me wonder if I got lucky with the shipping given the unprotected wood. Something to consider.

Their products are very well constructed with the highest quality of materials. My satisfaction expands from phone conversations to expedited delivery. Five stars isn?t a rating high enough for Osborne!

March 5, 2026We are extremely satisfied with Osbourne from start to finish. We needed a single leg for an island corner that had to be made longer than the stock item offered. From my request to receiving CAD drawing for approval to receiving the leg across the country, order to delivery took about a week. The white oak product was exceptionally executed. Ready to hand to our finishers. They followed with a phone call to make sure we received the leg and to make sure we were satisfied. I'd rate Osbourne an 11 out of 10 for quality and customer service. Thank you!

December 6, 2025Osborne Wood Products saved us from a kitchen remodeling nightmare. During construction, we learned that power to the kitchen island had to drop from the ceiling to the counter, making a 6' pole a central design feature. We found exactly what we needed --- a custom pole to carry the wire and harmonize with the contemporary granite and tile work. They worked with our contractor to custom-craft to the exact measurements. Thank you, Osbourne Wood Products team, for saving us from a kitchen nightmare.

The product was impeccable. The packaging even more so. Each leg was individually wrapped including a silica gel packet to absorb any moisture. I would recommend a center hole or a punch mark at the top center of leg to facilitate drilling for a mounting center bolt.

November 25, 2025Excellent products and great customer service!! Only improvement would be with the shipping boxes. Each time the box is pretty beat up or parts of the order missing from broken open boxes.

June 20, 2025This was the second time Ive turned to Osborne Wood Products for my projects. This time I ordered 4 alder legs to raise up a sofa. Very pleased with the quality I received. Pieces were finish sanded to a high quality. Also ordered the leg bolt kit and after watching the online tutorial felt very comfortable executing the install which was very successful. Easy to navigate the website, lots of shipping feedback was provided while waiting for delivery. You guys did great! Really nice to be able to buy quality products from quality company!
