February 19, 2026There was a 1/16 difference in 4 widths of the unturned sections of the legs which caused issues with my shop jigs that i used for mortises. Order, shipment and follow up were great.

Orders have always been timely. Workmanship and and quality of the wood has been top notch.
Do think more shipping protection for the ends of the legs is needed. Ends of box for both my orders have been smashed. Two legs had dings in the ends but since the end was not visible, I accepted them.
I called twice before placing my order. The personnel addressed my questions and explained the final product dimensions. The package arrived within a couple of days and upon receipt I opened the box as recommended. I did a dry check of the pieces and then completed assembly after watching the video. I had one question related to securing my table top that was not answered but I was able to confirm myself.

June 20, 2025Didn't anticipate when I was referred to Osborn that it would be so expensive for the part. Service was good, received it as per the date stated. Box was torn on end however the merchandise was not damaged. Instructions were adequate.
February 6, 2026I ordered some inlay strips. The selection was sufficient but there were other websites that had more options. With that being said, the pricing was excellent and the customer service was above excellent! I have never had a company call me to make sure I received my order and it was in good condition. Keep up the excellent work!!

I was delighted by the fact that they followed up with a phone call after the table was delivered to see if I had any questions or concerns. The team was very friendly and knowledgeable.
November 7, 2025I was very satisfied with the legs I ordered for the bathroom vanity. They were solid wood and cut perfectly square. Packaged nicely with no damage. I just randomly found this company on the internet and Im glad I did. I will definitely use them again.
