Now that
you have the leg mortised, you can determine the size of the tenon.
It may be helpful to draw the position and size of the tenon on
the end of the skirt.
Dado blades will make stock removal easier. However, a normal
table saw blade could be used. Carefully set the height of the
blade so you will remove the correct amount.
A sliding
T-square that fits into the dado on the top of your table saw is
helpful in holding the skirts securely.
Make the second cut.
You may
need to change the height of the blade to make the tenon the correct
size.
