    Positions Available:

    Administrative Assistant to the CEO

    The Administrative Assistant to the CEO is a fast paced high responsibility position. It requires a positive character, strong work ethic, and a commitment to assist the CEO in a variety of capacities. The Administrative Assistant is an extension of the CEO and must be professional both in communication and appearance, exemplify a high work ethic, and must be very detail oriented.

    Job Requirements:

    • Proficient with Computers in general
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Various Web Clients
    • Excellent typing skills, at least 60 wpm
    • High school Diploma or G.E.D.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills

      College degree and administrative assistant experience a plus.

    Job Skills:

    • Willingness to work in fast paced high responsibility position
    • Calendar Maintenance, daily schedules, and meetings
    • Travel planning for both domestic and international trips
    • Answer telephones for the CEO and relay important messages
    • Maintain both CEO and your own office to be clean and professional
    • Meet and greet clients and visitors when the CEO is unavailable
    • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
    • Assisting in compiling and writing job descriptions and various policies
    • Other duties and projects as assigned

    Wood Manufacturing Position

    Osborne Wood Products, Inc. is seeking highly motivated first shift person with some computer experience to work in the production department as a lathe operator.

    About the Job:

    • You will be running a wood turning lathe
    • Experience with woodworking is a plus!
    • Will be using computer software as part of this job
    • Typing skill 30 WPM is helpful
    • High school education or G.E.D.
    • Must be able to lift 75 pounds and carry 50 pounds 50 feet easily

    Although we already have a strong web presence and a web site that is easy to navigate, we know it could be so much more, if only the right person was on board to energize and develop it:
    • To enhance features and add new features to better serve our customers
    • To check and recheck code to ensure web site integrity
    • To work with Developers locally and remotely
    • To integrate proprietary software with the web site
    • To use a hands on approach to develop core back end solutions

    For the person who wants to be able to take charge of a project, beef up existing coding, be the driving force behind the web site, this is an opportunity not to be missed. This is not a maintenance position. We are looking for someone comfortable with design and abstraction so we can make our old code better and add great new code to it!


    Job Requirements:
    A self motivated, results oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem solving skills who is:


    • Familiar with all aspects of web design including layout, usability, code, graphic design, software, and related technologies
    • Able to drive forward new development
    • Demonstrates programming skills (PHP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, My SQL Data Base)
    • Able to support online marketing initiatives, including the development of the web site, banner creative, email templates, presentations, video editing, search engine optimization, etc.
    • Competent in Adobe CS3

    Job Skills:

    • Web graphic design experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, Image Ready, Macromedia Fireworks, Flash, etc.)
